This notice explains what Novoflat does with the email address you give us when you join the early-access waitlist at novoflat.com.

To email you when Novoflat launches, and for nothing else. We do this because you agreed to it when you submitted the form (consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). We do not use the list for other marketing and we do not sell or share it.
Until we have told you about the launch, or for at most 12 months from the day you joined. If we have not launched by then, we delete the list. You can also ask us to delete your address at any time.
Cloudflare hosts this website and stores the waitlist in its database, in a European location where available.
These providers process data on our instructions. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, it is protected by the safeguards these providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are served from this site, not from a third party. If you open the site through a tagged link, the tag is kept in your browser tab only until you close it and is sent to us only if you join the waitlist.
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format, and you can withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect what we did before). Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority. In Croatia that is AZOP (azop.hr).
